I am passionate about fitness, specifically premium indoor cycling. I have been cycling for 15 years and instructing for 3. I use motivational coaching and positive reinforcement to encourage the riders to push past their individual BEST and have fun. Positive energy is key!!! I do my best to keep the Playlist dynamic and interesting with each ride and tailor the music specifically to the exercise. The work out is ALWAYS FUN AND EFFECTIVE! I started indoor cycling after having my first of three kids. I heard it was a fun way to burn off a tremendous number of calories quickly. I LOVED it ever since.
